Leah found yoga in 2016 during a tough life transition…leaving the family business! As her yoga practice became a health and wellness staple, she enrolled in teacher training with the goal of sharing the benefits of yoga with others. Along the way, she became a personal trainer and discovered the functional beauty of pairing strength training and mobility work.
Now, after many years experimenting with the balance between resistance work and yoga, Leah offers a new facet of wellness to our studio: weights! Leah’s smile is contagious, and she likes to distract you with it while running you through the gauntlet that is her strength class. We love her for it and admire her dedication to education and understanding the body. It shines through in her effective and balanced classes.
