Kristy Beagle

Kristy Beagle has had a regular yoga practice since 2013. And at 35, she finally figured out what she wanted to be when she grew up: a yoga teacher! In early 2020, Kristy completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training at Simply Power Yoga North and then registered with Yoga Alliance. Kristy tries to bring positivity, fun, and inclusivity to her classes. Yoga is for everyone after all.

Outside of the yoga studio, Kristy works as a social media marketer, sits on the board of Schnauzer Rescue Cincinnati, serves as President of the Xavier Alumni Cincinnati Chapter and is a member of Xavier's National Alumni Board. You can also find her running through the streets of Cincinnati and hanging with her dogs and husband.

Leah Wiethe

Leah found yoga in 2016 during a tough life transition…leaving the family business! As her yoga practice became a health and wellness staple, she enrolled in teacher training with the goal of sharing the benefits of yoga with others. Along the way, she became a personal trainer and discovered the functional beauty of pairing strength training and mobility work. 

Now, after many years experimenting with the balance between resistance work and yoga, Leah offers a new facet of wellness to our studio: weights! Leah’s smile is contagious, and she likes to distract you with it while running you through the gauntlet that is her strength class. We love her for it and admire her dedication to education and understanding the body. It shines through in her effective and balanced classes.

Gianna Favro

Gianna was drawn to yoga because it was a physical and mental exercise to provide calmness and clarity

to her life. She was born and raised in upstate NY, then shifted gears and moved out west for graduate

school, eventually her career landed her in Cincinnati. Gianna completed her 200-hour Vinyasa yoga

teacher training in 2019 at Akasha Yoga in Davis California. There’s always something to learn every time

you practice. She loves incorporating energy, fun, and uniqueness into every class. Come sweat, flow,

and let go!

Sonya Verma

Sonya Verma MHSA, MBI is the founder of Inner Radiant Life, a yoga and meditation facilitator, Ayurvedic Counselor and Reiki Master Practitioner with a passion for discovering the intersection of creative expression and healing in a community based setting. Honoring her Eastern Indian heritage and Western upbringing she brings a unique approach to her work that is heart centered, compassionate and empowering. She weaves her training from different modalities of somatic healing from various yoga traditions with a centralized focus on embodiment practices. Practice is not evaluated by aesthetic alignment in yoga poses but a deeper connection to the, often ignored, more subtle parts of oneself. Through present awareness, humor and trust, she believes we can develop a more loving and accepting relationship to ourselves and where true healing lies. Sonya facilitates retreats, leading groups of adults and children through meditation, yoga and sound. She has projects in underserved communities and with Bhutanese Refugees in the region by leading yoga and mindfulness based practices.
