There is no linear progression your practice must take.
The journey to your mat begins wherever you’d like. Some days are made for challenges while others are for slowing down. Our team welcomes you to any class that piques your interest, and whether you feel like “you’re ready” shouldn’t keep you away.
The #’s after any class simply mean the duration of time: 45, 60 & 75 minutes. Typically the shorter the class time in a flow class, the quicker paced the class may be. All FLOW classes are named as such, which means there will be Sun Salutations as either a warm-up and/or throughout class. Think of these as more of your active/yang practice.
Classes are Heated, Warm or Non-Heated so make sure you check that out before scheduling. The heat can be beneficial to some, while uncomfortable for others. We don’t think there is a right or wrong way to practice, but just so you keep this in mind while booking.

Yoga Classes
Yoga (All Levels | 60 min)
A grounding practice for all levels focused on body awareness, breathwork, and self-acceptance. Build resilience through mindful movement and patience.
Yoga Flow (All Levels | 60 min)
A warm, dynamic class with flowing sequences and optional sun salutations. A great introduction to more movement in a welcoming space.
Yin Yoga (All Levels | 60 min)
Slow, floor-based postures supported by props. Designed to cultivate stillness, mindfulness, and inner connection.
Yoga for Deep Rest (All Levels | 60 min)
Gentle movement and breathwork prepare the body for deep rest. Come with an open mind and a willingness to listen to your body’s needs.
Slow Flow (All Levels | 45/60/75 min)
A slower-paced flow with thoughtful transitions. Ideal for those seeking intentional movement without rushing through poses.
Power Vinyasa (All Levels | 45/60/75 min)
Our most vigorous flow—offered in warm, heated, or non-heated rooms. Build internal heat, sharpen focus, and embrace challenge with purpose.
Roll & Stretch
Roll & Stretch (All Levels | 60 min)
Thursdays at 7:15pm with Margie (+ monthly Wednesday sessions). Use tools and techniques to release fascia and improve mobility—perfect for recovery, cross-training, or easing tension.
Strength Classes
Group Strength (Circuit | 45 min)
Functional, circuit-style training to build strength and support daily movement. A great complement to flexibility and endurance practices.
Strength + Roll (All Levels | 45 min)
Yoga-inspired strength training with weights and bands, ending with myofascial release. Move at your own pace—spicy but supportive.
Mat Strength (All Levels | 45 min)
Mat-based strength training with varied weekly focuses. Expect heart-pumping movement using bands and weights—challenge yourself your way.
