What are the #’s by the classes about?
That’s simply the duration in minutes. Cool? Cool.
Never done yoga before?
Maybe start with a Gentle Yoga, Yin or Yoga for deep rest for body awareness and to slow things down.
Maybe start with Hatha Yoga or Slow Flow to get some of the moves down at a slower pace.
Looking for a challenge and just want to get after it? Give any FLOW class a try and just have fun. Flow classes should be thought of as the balance to a yin class and known as more of a YANG practice. Think movement with our breath, external and expansive.
“I’ve done yoga, but not for a long time” or are coming back from injury?
